4. Have you ever made lemon blueberry muffins? Heads up, this recipe (which I did not create :)) requires buttermilk and yogurt but it’s well worth it – the muffins end up very moist and yummy! Though it took a few tries (and wasn’t error proof), ChatGPT helped me double this recipe, translate it (to French) and turn it into a kid friendly experiential activity (with icons). We ended up with about 60 mini blueberry muffins (8-10 mins oven time), which they sold near our campsite!
